Got this as a 60th birthday celebration cake. It was a big success - the cream and sponge was light and airy and not too sweet, and well balanced by the fruit. Generous chunks of mango, and the passion fruit and lime added an appetising tartness. Only wished there were more lime jelly!
A Tasty Mango Cake. Nesuto mango cake was a pleasant surprise. The fresh mango and passion fruit were a nice combination, and the cake was well-made. While it wasn't the most memorable cake I've ever had, it was certainly enjoyable and a good option if you're looking for a light and fruity dessert.
The cake is soft and delicious, sweetness is just right. However, it would be great if the passonfruit seeds are totally removed.
