Matcha Strawberry Cake

The Nesuto Matcha Strawberry Cake is a delightful treat that perfectly balances flavors and aesthetics. The combination of earthy matcha and fresh strawberries is a winner, creating a harmonious blend of richness and slight tartness.

Visually, the cake is stunning—the vibrant green of the matcha layers contrasts beautifully with the bright red strawberries, making it as appealing to the eyes as it is to the taste buds. While I wished the strawberries were a little sweeter, their slight tartness provided a nice contrast to the smooth, slightly bitter matcha flavors.

Texture-wise, the cake was wonderfully soft, and the cream was light without being overwhelming, making each bite enjoyable without feeling too heavy. Overall, a well-executed dessert that matcha lovers would definitely appreciate!
