A flawless, faultless cake. It’s a very straightforward flavour and is essentially just like a classic strawberry shortcake except with blueberries. However it was executed very well and there is truly nothing for me to complain about. The cream was light and fluffy without being overwhelming. Blueberries were super fresh and sweet and the sponge layers were a perfect degree of moist. I served this at my child’s birthday party and only received positive feedback. I would not hesitate to order this again!
Really love this cake. Blueberry is our boy’s favourite. This cake is also light on the palate, not too heavy or sweet. The elderly loves it too.
