I ordered a 16 cm chocolate orange for my boss's birthday on 14 Feb. But due to his fluid travel schedule, I asked to amend twice, the delivery date, from 10 to 14 and to 13. This cake was exactly what we hoped for. The orange and chocolate were perfectly balanced. The sweetness was just right. The sponge layer was soft and light. Everyone loved it and came back for seconds.
