Each slice is cut and portioned from our standard 16cm cake. Due to cutting, wrapping and combining all slices back into a round shape, please note that there might be a slight disparency of +/- 0.5cm in the final diameter.

my recent purchase is a repeat order. we ordered the assorted flavour combination because we tried the Hojicha last time and loved it so much that we can't decide what is the next flavour that we want to have. we love how the icing cream is so thin and non-greasy, unlike other cakes with thick and greasy cream layers, and the soufflé cake inside is so soft and moist. will buy again!
We decided to go with a mix of flavours as the seasonal grape wasn’t available. Everything in this was very well done, light yet flavourful. Would definitely highly recommend!
